Damaged or Defective Items
- We accept returns/exchanges for broken, defective, or incorrect items.
- Report within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with:
- Order number
- Photos/video of the issue
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement/refund.
General Returns (Non-Damaged Items)
- Unworn, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

- Return items at your cost via USPS (tracking recommended).
- Refunds issued via original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
Exchanges
- Exchange for a different size/style (subject to availability). Contact us first.
Non-Returnable Items
- Pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons).
- Items damaged due to misuse or lack of care.
Warranty
All stainless steel gold-plated jewelry includes a 6-month warranty against:
- Tarnishing or peeling under normal use.
- Manufacturing defects.
Excludes damage from misuse, exposure to water/chemicals, or improper storage.
