Damaged or Defective Items

  • We accept returns/exchanges for broken, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Report within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with:
    • Order number
    • Photos/video of the issue
  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement/refund.

General Returns (Non-Damaged Items)

  • Unworn, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • How to Return:
    1. Email [email protected] for approval and instructions.
    2. Return items at your cost via USPS (tracking recommended).
    3. Refunds issued via original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

  • Exchange for a different size/style (subject to availability). Contact us first.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items damaged due to misuse or lack of care.

Warranty

All stainless steel gold-plated jewelry includes a 6-month warranty against:

  • Tarnishing or peeling under normal use.
  • Manufacturing defects.
    Excludes damage from misuse, exposure to water/chemicals, or improper storage.
